The Stonebrook lounger is built as a formed floor seat rather than a shapeless bag, holding a defined backrest, a flat seat and squared sides that keep their outline whether anyone is sitting on it or not. The backrest rises at a reclined angle for the shoulders, the seat sits low to the floor, and a separate ottoman of the same height slides in front to carry the legs, giving a full 63 inches to stretch out on. Pull the ottoman away and the two pieces work as a chair and a footstool, or as two low seats side by side. Both are packed with high-density crumb foam that holds its loft under weight, wrapped in a wide-wale corduroy plush that runs vertical ribs down the back and across the seat. The set ships vacuum-compressed and expands on its own with nothing to assemble.

Care Instructions

• Vacuum the corduroy with a soft brush attachment, drawing along the direction of the ribs
• Blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth rather than rubbing into the pile
• Spot clean with a cloth dampened in mild upholstery cleaner, testing on a hidden area first
• Let the fabric dry fully before sitting on it again
• Brush the pile back into direction with a soft brush once dry
• Keep the lounger out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the cover color
• Fluff both pieces by hand every few weeks to keep the foam evenly distributed
• Allow the foam to expand fully after unpacking before use
• Keep the zippers closed during use
• Lift rather than drag the pieces across the floor when rearranging them
