The Orelia loft bed is the full size version of this low frame, drawn with a decorative front rather than an open steel silhouette. A pine frame carries the deck at just over three feet, with turned posts finished in rounded finials at all four corners and a scalloped top edge along the headboard. Panelled guardrails close in every side of the mattress, solid boarding rather than open bars. A rope sling hangs on the outer face of one rail, holding picture books cover out where they can be picked by sight instead of pulled by spine. A ladder of wide flat treads leans against one corner. Beneath the deck, the clearance suits low storage boxes and bins rather than a full seating area.

Care Instructions

• Dust the frame with a dry cloth, following the grain rather than working across it
• Wipe finished surfaces with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately so water does not sit on the finish
• Avoid abrasive powders, scouring pads, bleach and solvent-based cleaners on any surface
• Keep the frame away from radiators, heat vents and long hours of direct sunlight, which can dry or fade the finish
• Wipe the book sling with a barely damp cloth and let it dry fully before refilling
• Check the sling ties every few weeks and retie any that have worked loose
• Check the slats every few months to make sure none has shifted out of position
• Retighten every frame bolt after the first two weeks of use, then check them every few months
• Lift the frame clear of the floor when repositioning rather than dragging it
