A Gaming Chair With Headroom

The Cosmic gaming chair is the tall-sitter version of this racing seat, sized to a six foot two ceiling and a 330 pound load where most of the category stops earlier on both. A separate lever handles each adjustment, one setting the seat height across a three and a half inch range, one releasing the backrest to 90, 110 and 135 degrees and locking it at each, and a telescopic footrest extending from beneath the front edge. The armrests are padded across the top face and swing down with the backrest rather than carrying levers of their own. A headrest pillow and a lumbar cushion hang on separate straps and slide up or down the back to meet the neck and the base of the spine. Quilted PU leather covers the seat and backrest between padded side wings, wiping clean with a damp cloth after a session.

Care Instructions

• Wipe the PU leather with a soft damp cloth and a leather-safe cleaner, testing on a hidden area first
• Blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth so moisture does not settle into the quilted seams
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and solvent-based cleaners, which can dull or crack the PU leather
• Keep the chair out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from radiators and heat vents, which dry the upholstery
• Clear grit from the telescopic footrest rails so the extension keeps sliding smoothly
• Clear hair and debris from the caster wheels
• Retract the footrest and return the backrest upright before moving the chair
• Check the recline lever and the three lock positions periodically, and stop using the recline if a position no longer holds
• Wipe the steel base and the gas lift column with a soft dry cloth
• Check and retighten the base, armrest and backrest hardware every few months
