A Round Seat With No Front

The Bled dining chairs arrive as a coordinated pair, each built around a fully circular seat cushion rather than the squared pad most dining chairs carry. The cushion is deep foam wrapped in boucle, its edge falling straight down all the way around with no corner to catch a hip or dictate which way to sit. Behind it a short curved back mounts on two slim uprights, padded and covered in the same boucle, meeting the lower spine and stopping well below the shoulders. Four tapered black metal legs splay outward as they drop, joined beneath the seat by a steel cross brace that locks the four into one rigid base. A threaded pad turns under each foot to level the chair.
