A Base That Loops Off the Floor

The Ann dining chairs arrive as a coordinated set of four, each carried on one continuous chrome tube rather than four separate legs. The tube meets the floor as a forward loop, rises to catch the seat from beneath, and continues up the outer edge of the backrest, leaving the space behind each chair completely open. Faux leather wraps the back and the seat in a smooth wipe-clean surface, banded across both by horizontal stitch lines that break the panels into even segments. The back rises well past the shoulder blades and tilts back slightly at the crown, and on one variant an oval opening is cut through that crown, lined in the same chrome as the frame below. Floor pads close off the tube where it meets the ground.

Care Instructions

• Wipe the faux leather with a soft damp cloth and a leather-safe cleaner, testing on a hidden area first
• Blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth rather than rubbing, and dry the surface fully afterward
• Draw a soft cloth along each stitch line on the back and seat, where crumbs and dust collect in the recessed seams
• Avoid bleach, solvents and abrasive pads, which can dull or lift the faux leather surface
• Keep sharp objects away from the upholstery, since a cut in faux leather does not close over the way a woven fabric can
