Nine open cube compartments stack three across and three high for books, vinyl, framed art, and styled objects, each cubby sized at roughly 13 inches square and 15 inches deep to hold the things people actually keep on display. Three drawers run along the bottom, each fronted with a carved notched wood pull that is shaped directly into the drawer face, the kind of mid-century detail that separates a serious piece from a flat-pack lookalike. The full body is built from solid wood with a hand-applied dark walnut finish sealed in a protective lacquer that lets the grain come through. Splayed tapered legs lift the body just enough to keep the silhouette light, and the substantial 136-pound build settles the piece firmly into the room.
